The Honkytonk
Wranglers
Traveling northbound from Elizabethtown Kentucky, the Honkytonk Wranglers will grace our stage with their Western Swing and 1940s influenced honkytonk ballads. In March, the band added a fiddler, the very talented and classically-trained Natalie Tomlinson. They are recording some great new songs and will be releasing their newest record soon, an EP titled “Cincinnati Shuffle” on the Swelltune label.

He has made a name for himself for his multi-instrumentalism, energetic stage shows, and ability to find great players (occasionally from the middle of nowhere). Known as an encyclopedia of American roots music, Cain is a talented musical archivist as well, unearthing obscure recordings from the distant past.
